Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist in the preparation of structural design documents including calculations, AutoCAD drawings, specifications, and quantity estimates.
- Prepare formal engineering reports and documentation.
- Participate in field inspections as needed.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and coordinate across disciplines and office locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE License in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
- 7-12 years of experience in bridge engineering.
- Strong background in structural analysis and design.
- Experience with MassDOT design standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
