I am currently recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized engineering and inspection firm that is expanding its Atlanta office. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Building Enclosure Consultant to step into a high-impact role with visibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of building performance across the Southeast.

What You'll Do:
- Lead consulting and inspection services for building envelope systems across commercial and institutional projects.
- Conduct forensic investigations, condition assessments, and waterproofing design.
- Manage project delivery, client relationships, and mentor junior staff.
- Support business development and strategic growth initiatives.
What You Bring:
- ABET-accredited degree in engineering or architecture.
- PE, RA, or relevant industry certifications (e.g., RRO, RRC).
- Proven experience in building envelope systems and commercial construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.
