Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural details and specifications for building enclosure systems.
- Perform field investigations, condition surveys, and diagnostic testing.
- Interpret architectural drawings, structural reports, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support business development and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
- PE License (Professional Engineer) preferred
- 5+ years of experience
- Deep knowledge of curtain wall, window systems, masonry, stone, precast concrete, or panelized façade systems.
- Understanding of sealants, flashings, insulation, and air/water/vapor barriers.
- Curiosity and analytical skills to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills for building lasting client and team relationships.
- Proficiency in document layout, CAD, and spreadsheet tools
