What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead with Vision
    Drive strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our presence in key markets.

  • Stay Technically Engaged
    Maintain a hands-on role in project delivery, contributing your expertise while balancing billable responsibilities.

  • Inspire and Influence
    Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, offering guidance, insight, and leadership across disciplines.

  • Deliver Results
    Oversee project performance, manage priorities, and ensure client satisfaction from concept to completion.

  • Be a Connector
    Represent the firm at industry events, lead presentations, and negotiate contracts that foster long-term partnerships.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning, or landscape architecture
  • At least 8 years of experience in business development or technical market leadership
  • Proven ability to sell professional services to architectural and municipal clients in Wisconsin
  • Strong background in strategic planning, marketing, and proposal development
  • Existing relationships within the architectural community (preferred)
  • Experience managing technical projects (a plus)
  • Professional licensure (PE, AICP, or PLA)
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
