About the Role
As Department Manager, you will oversee a talented and expanding team of geotechnical engineers working on high-profile public sector projects, including:
- Everglades Restoration Initiatives
- I-4 Corridor Expansions
- A wide range of municipal, state, and federal infrastructure developments
You will be responsible for strategic leadership, technical oversight, client engagement, and team development, ensuring the successful delivery of complex and meaningful projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the geotechnical engineering team
- Manage project execution, quality control, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
