Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to take on a $1B+ hyperscale data center? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive with the vision, technical expertise, and leadership acumen to deliver a mission-critical facility that will shape the future of digital infrastructure in the Mountain West.
🔑 What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning.
- Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, construction, and commissioning partners.
- Drive schedule, budget, and quality performance on a fast-paced, high-stakes build.
- Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical requirements.
- Champion safety, innovation, and operational excellence at every stage.
🧠What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects ($200M+), with a strong track record in data centers, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex teams and navigate high-pressure delivery environments.
- Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning protocols.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PMP a plus).
