Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities across ASEAN.
- Lead market entry strategies and support regional tendering efforts.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance visibility and influence.
Commercial Leadership
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure strategic contracts.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment on pricing, delivery, and client expectations.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide regional business development teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of ASEAN markets, including regulatory environments and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across the region.
