In this position, you will:
- Lead and oversee bridge design projects, including structural analysis, load rating, and foundation design.
- Prepare design plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates for bridges and related transportation structures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including reports, budgets, and design records.
- Participate in project planning meetings, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Provide technical support during construction, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits as needed.
- Perform field inspections, prepare comprehensive inspection reports, and analyze foundation conditions.
- Ensure compliance with state and local standards, regulations, and safety codes.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development within the team.
