The position focuses on delivering high-quality design solutions for transportation infrastructure projects serving state, county, and municipal clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage engineering plans and specifications in alignment with FDOT standards
Lead federally funded transportation projects across a diverse client base
Oversee multidisciplinary studies and designs including roadway, drainage, traffic, underground utilities, and general infrastructure improvements
Provide civil engineering services tailored to public sector clients at the local and state levels
Contribute to client engagement and business development efforts (preferred but not mandatory)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation engineering, particularly with municipal or highway agency projects
Ability to travel within the firm's Florida service area using personal transportation
Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and professional growth
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience, certifications, and skill set
