Key Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy

  • Take full ownership of the sales budget for the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power sectors, driving order intake while shaping and executing effective growth strategies.
  • Partner with Solution Support and Marketing teams to strengthen the firm's brand positioning as a preferred provider of cooling solutions.
  • Track competitor activity and develop appropriate response plans.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Monitor pricing developments and provide informed recommendations.
  • Ensure the consistent use of standard Marketing & Sales systems and processes, including CRM tools and account planning frameworks.
  • Promote and uphold the firm's culture of compliance and integrity in all activities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' commercial drivers and industry environments to identify implications and opportunities for the firm.

Candidate Expectations

  • A highly experienced technical sales professional with at least 10 years in similar roles within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Power sectors.
  • Comfortable working within a matrix organization.
  • Capable of managing both direct and indirect sales channels across greenfield and brownfield markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset-someone who enjoys pioneering and contributing to the development of a sales organization.
  • Strong team player who can diagnose weaknesses and propose practical solutions.
  • Well‑established network across top O&G, petrochemical, and power companies, with robust key account management experience.
  • Experience in the heat exchanger industry is a significant advantage.
