About the Opportunity
What You'll Do
- Lead geotechnical engineering analysis for foundations, earthwork, pavements, and retaining structures
- Develop investigation scopes and guide field programs
- Prepare geotechnical engineering reports and design recommendations
- Provide technical oversight and quality review on geotechnical deliverables
- Support project managers in client communication, proposals, and work planning
- Mentor junior engineers and help grow technical capabilities within the team
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience within a consulting environment
- Strong background in soil mechanics, geotechnical design, and report preparation
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and lead technical discussions
- PE license in Colorado, or ability to obtain
- Comfortable guiding field programs without needing to be heavily field‑based
