About the Opportunity

You will take ownership of geotechnical engineering deliverables for civil, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the region. The work emphasizes analysis, design recommendations, project management, and client consultation, with field visits conducted on an as‑needed, oversight basis.

This position suits an engineer who enjoys applying geotechnical fundamentals to solve practical problems while working closely with project managers, designers, and internal materials testing teams.

What You'll Do

Lead geotechnical engineering analysis for foundations, earthwork, pavements, and retaining structures
Develop investigation scopes and guide field programs
Prepare geotechnical engineering reports and design recommendations
Provide technical oversight and quality review on geotechnical deliverables
Support project managers in client communication, proposals, and work planning
Mentor junior engineers and help grow technical capabilities within the team

What We're Looking For

7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience within a consulting environment
Strong background in soil mechanics, geotechnical design, and report preparation
Ability to communicate directly with clients and lead technical discussions
PE license in Colorado, or ability to obtain
Comfortable guiding field programs without needing to be heavily field‑based
