The Role:
This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed PE with 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering. You'll manage your own projects, sign off on designs, and mentor junior engineers. The work goes beyond site design, you'll interact directly with clients and shape project outcomes from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and execution of structural projects
- Supervise and mentor younger engineers
- Coordinate with clients
- Sign and seal engineering documents as needed
- Manage projects independently with minimal oversight
Requirements:
- PE license
- 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering
- Strong design and project management skills
- Comfortable supervising and guiding junior staff
