  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and HSE teams to optimize sequencing and solve onsite challenges.
  • Manage documentation including daily reports, equipment logs, quality inspections, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure all work adheres to project plans, industry regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of field experience in deep foundation construction (piling, drilled shafts, micropiles, anchors, ground improvement, etc.).
  • Proven background supervising crews and managing large‑scale construction sites within geotechnical or heavy civil environments.
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical construction equipment, ground behavior, and quality control requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a culture of safety and operational excellence.
  • Valid certifications in construction safety (OSHA, CSCS, or equivalent) preferred.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work on high‑profile civil, infrastructure, and foundation projects.
