An established and growing Massachusetts-based structural engineering firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (PE Licensed) to play a key role in both project delivery and the future direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural design for ground-up new construction projects
- Work across commercial and residential buildings
- Perform and oversee structural analysis and design using steel, concrete, and timber
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Interface directly with architects, owners, and contractors
- Contribute to business strategy, standards, and long-term growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts
- 6-15 years of structural engineering experience
- Strong background in ground-up building design
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and decisions
- Interested in leadership, influence, and long-term career investment
