Architectural Designer
My Client is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their growing team and contribute to a variety of multifamily residential projects. Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and documentation of multifamily projects.
- Prepare drawings, layouts, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Support projects through various phases, from design through construction documents.
- Research codes, materials, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams and consultants.
- Contribute to project planning, studies, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Accredited degree in Architecture required.
- 0-5 years of professional experience (internships accepted).
- Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong design, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Licensure not required; pursuit of licensure is encouraged.
