I'm working with a well-established consulting firm that specializes in building restoration, façade rehabilitation, historic preservation, and adaptive reuse projects across NYC.
They're looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead restoration and alteration projects from initial planning through construction, while managing client relationships, project teams, budgets, and schedules.
What they're looking for:5+ years of experience in restoration, façade repair, building envelope, adaptive reuse, or historic preservation projects
- Background in Architecture or Engineering
- Strong construction administration and field inspection experience
- Experience preparing construction documents, technical reports, and coordinating projects through construction
- Familiarity with NYC regulations, DOB filings, LPC approvals, and existing buildings work
- Comfortable working on scaffolds and conducting site observations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
