AV Systems Engineer
We're partnering with a leading, rapidly growing technology systems integrator that supports clients across corporate, education, healthcare, and government sectors. This organization delivers end-to-end solutions across audiovisual systems, communications, security, and emerging building technologies.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Review RFPs, design-build drawings, and technical specifications
- Develop detailed CAD drawing packages aligned with project timelines
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to validate system design and performance
- Coordinate with Project Managers and field teams to ensure accuracy and execution
- Prepare and review equipment lists for procurement
- Provide ongoing support for design updates, troubleshooting, and project adjustments
- Stay current on AV technologies and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- ~5+ years of experience in the AV, electronics, or systems integration field
- Strong understanding of audiovisual systems and design principles
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- CTS or CTS-D certification
- Experience with space planning and collaboration technologies
