当社は、国内企業の脱炭素化を加速するためのSaaSソリューションを提供しています。カスタマーサクセスマネージャーは、チームを率い、顧客の成功と事業成長にコミットする役割です。
オンボーディングから継続的な活用促進、顧客の声をプロダクト改善に反映するまで、顧客とプロダクトの架け橋となるポジションです。

具体的な業務内容

  • 10名前後のメンバーの目標設定、育成、採用、評価など
  • 業務プロセスの構築・改善
  • 複数クライアントの成功に向けた支援を実行
  • フィードバックの収集・データを分析し、開発チームと連携してプロダクト改善を推進

必須スキル

  • 法人営業(特にエンタープライズ向け)またはアカウントマネジメントの経験(5年以上)
  • チームマネジメント、またはリーダーとしてメンバーを率いたご経験
  • 高い目標達成意欲と、自ら課題を発見し解決に導く能力

歓迎スキル

  • SaaSビジネス、またはIT/ソフトウェア業界での業務経験
  • カスタマーサクセス部門の立ち上げや、業務改善に携わった経験

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of around 10 members, including goal setting, coaching, hiring, and performance evaluation to maximize team output.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize and automate workflows to improve team productivity and reduce dependency on individual efforts.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct online meetings (e.g., via Zoom) to support multiple clients and ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solution.
  • Product Feedback: Collect and analyze customer insights, collaborating with the development team to drive product improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales or account management, delivering strong results (5+ years).
  • Experience in team management or leadership, with demonstrated ability to guide and develop team members.
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to identify and solve problems proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS business or IT/software industry.
  • Hands-on involvement in customer success team setup or process improvement initiatives.
