Delay Claims Consultant
A specialist firm in commercial, contract, programming, delay analysis, and claims management, are expanding their Singapore team. As a business, they do not do any expert witness work and have found a niche in working solely within the claims space where they have built an exciting client platform.
For this reason, they are looking to further grow in Singapore by hiring a Delay Consultant to work on claims.
Responsibilities:
- Delay analysis on complex construction claims, construction dispute resolution, and programming support on live projects.
- Write technical reports based on findings to meet with client's expectations and standards.
- Research and analysis on construction contracts, disputes, and issues to advise clients.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in claims/commercial management/planning engineering
- Minimum of bachelor's degree of engineering or equivalent
- Good report writing skills
- Good problem solving and communication skills
