Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Director for the Sales Division to lead and elevate the company's industrial automation business in Japan. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and expanding market share in a competitive and fast-evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with global and regional business goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of over 30 sales professionals, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.
- Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth through effective sales planning, customer engagement, and market development.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within the industrial automation sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams in a multi-cultural MNC.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese market and industrial automation landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
