HVAC Service Technician
Overview
A well-established mechanical service provider in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join its growing service team. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose system issues and implement effective repair solutions
- Complete preventative maintenance on equipment including RTUs, boilers, chillers, and split systems
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system issues, recommendations, and timelines
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
- EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
- Experience working on RTUs, boilers, and chillers highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS/controls)
- Refrigeration experience a plus
- OSHA certification
