Land Surveyor (LSIT or PLS) Multiple Locations Across Tennessee

What You'll Do:
- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys
- Conduct field work and oversee survey crews
- Process survey data and prepare deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software
- Research deeds, plats, easements, and public records
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of survey deliverables
What We're Looking For:
- LSIT or PLS preferred
- Experience with boundary, topographic, and construction surveying
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data processing software
- Strong understanding of survey principles, field procedures, and legal descriptions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
