About the Role

A growing, technology-driven industrial manufacturer is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Specialist to support marketing, branding, digital communications, and sales initiatives.

This role focuses on day-to-day execution of marketing activities including website updates, CRM support, social media management, content creation, product launches, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced technical environment.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Maintain and update company website content
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Assist with digital campaigns and email marketing initiatives
  • Develop brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels

CRM & Sales Support

  • Maintain CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), including contact management and campaign tracking
  • Assist sales team with proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Manage marketing databases and customer surveys

Content Development

  • Support creation of technical and marketing content
  • Gather project photos, application stories, and customer success examples
  • Assist with product announcements, case studies, newsletters, and press releases

Trade Shows & Events

  • Help plan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and customer events
  • Manage logistics, materials, and pre-event preparation
  • Support post-event follow-up activities

General Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and sales
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and service providers
  • Track marketing projects and maintain organized documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or coordination roles
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), CMS platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing software
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
