About the Role
A leading project management and project controls consultancy is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support one of the largest hyperscale data center construction programs in North America.
This is not a traditional project scheduler position. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex integrated CPM schedules across multiple workstreams while partnering with senior leadership, construction management, engineering, commissioning, procurement, and contractor teams.
The role is suited to a senior project controls professional with experience on large-scale mission critical, industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or mega-project environments. Reporting directly to scheduling leadership, this individual will play a key role in overall project delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 CPM schedules from planning through commissioning and turnover
Coordinate schedules across contractors, owners, vendors, procurement, utilities, and commissioning teams
Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks
Develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies
Lead schedule review meetings with project stakeholders and leadership teams
Review contractor schedules for logic, sequencing, durations, constraints, float, and contractual compliance
Perform schedule health assessments, forensic schedule reviews, and Time Impact Analyses (TIA)
Produce executive-level reports and milestone dashboards
Support change management and claims analysis activities
Mentor schedulers and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of construction scheduling experience
5+ years of Primavera P6 experience
Experience delivering scheduling services on projects exceeding $1B in value
Strong background in mission critical, data center, semiconductor, industrial, pharmaceutical, or EPC megaproject environments
Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated master schedules
Deep understanding of:
Procurement and long-lead equipment
Utility coordination
Commissioning and startup
Turnover planning
Schedule recovery strategies
CPM scheduling methodology
Experience reviewing and auditing contractor schedules
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to present schedule information to senior leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
Hyperscale data center experience
Owner's representative or consultancy experience
Oracle Primavera Cloud
Procore
Power BI
Accumen Fuse
PMI-SP Certification
Additional Information
Site-based position with limited flexibility for remote work
Periodic travel may be required
Competitive compensation package
Base salary starting from approximately $175,000+, dependent on experience
