I'm partnered with a leading construction management firm that is expanding its mission critical team and looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to support the delivery of large-scale data center projects.

The Role
The Mechanical Superintendent will lead on-site mechanical activities and play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, maintaining quality standards, and driving project execution from startup through closeout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day field operations for mechanical scopes
- Coordinating subcontractors and trade partners
- Driving schedule performance and field productivity
- Leading MEP planning and execution activities
- Conducting coordination and pre-construction meetings
- Managing project documentation and reporting
- Enforcing safety and quality standards on site
- Mentoring and supporting field teams
What They're Looking For
- Experience as a Mechanical Superintendent, MEP Superintendent, or similar field leadership position
- Background delivering data center, mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction operations
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with construction management software is beneficial
