A well-established engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to guide complex water and wastewater projects while helping shape the careers of junior and mid-level engineers. Project Leadership

  • Review and oversee technical deliverables
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and relationship management efforts

Technical Focus Areas

Projects may include:

  • Water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Water reuse and sustainability initiatives
  • Pump stations and conveyance systems
  • Utility infrastructure improvements
  • Industrial and municipal water projects
  • Alternative delivery and design-build projects

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 10+ years of consulting engineering experience
  • Background in water, wastewater, treatment, reuse, or utility infrastructure projects
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and guide project success

Compensation & Benefits
