As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Plumbing Project Manager to join their operations team. Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing / HVAC / piping / mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure successful execution.
• Track project financial performance and profitability.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and ensure successful communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Senior Project Engineer with a mechanical contractor.
• Background in plumbing, HVAC, process piping, or mechanical construction.
• Strong understanding of project financials and commercial construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
