Responsibilities
- Manage commercial plumbing / HVAC / piping / mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure successful execution.
- Track project financial performance and profitability.
- Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings and ensure successful communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Senior Project Engineer with a mechanical contractor.
- Background in plumbing, HVAC, process piping, or mechanical construction.
- Strong understanding of project financials and commercial construction practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
