About the Role:
A Fortune 500 company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects in the Power Systems domain, focusing on electrical equipment for industrial applications such as data centers and utility-scale projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with global and local teams to drive energy efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for electrical equipment installations in industrial and utility environments
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Japanese
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and clients
Qualifications:
- PMP Certification is required
- 5-10 years of experience in project management related to electrical equipment
- Strong understanding of power systems, electrical infrastructure, and industrial applications
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in sectors such as data centers or utilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
