This opportunity is with a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm that provides structural, civil, transportation, planning, and related engineering services to public and private sector clients. Their structural team supports a variety of building projects from design through construction and works closely with architects, owners, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. They are seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join their structural team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support structural engineering projects from design through construction.
- Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures.
- Prepare engineering calculations, construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Provide construction-phase support, including assisting with RFI responses and reviewing shop drawings.
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control reviews.
- Support proposal preparation and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- EIT certification required.
- 2+ years of structural engineering experience.
- PE licence preferred or actively working toward licensure.
- Experience designing structures utilizing steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
- Experience working on building projects preferred.
- Proficiency with RISA, RAM, ETABS, Revit, or similar structural design software.
- Working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, and TMS codes and standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience preparing structural calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
