Salary: $130,000 - $170,000, depending on experience

Role Overview
An established and respected contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.
This is a high-ownership role covering the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, procurement, financial management, field coordination, facility start-up, and closeout. The ideal candidate understands treatment plant construction and can confidently manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, documentation, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Own project budgets, forecasting, billing, cost controls, and profitability
- Develop schedules and track progress against key milestones
- Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, and vendor coordination
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams
- Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, and trade partners
- Support equipment installation, testing, start-up, and commissioning
- Identify project risks early and drive timely solutions
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction
What They're Looking For
- Project management experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations, or related infrastructure construction
- Understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and process-related scopes
- Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, procurement, and project financials
- Ability to manage technically complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Confident leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Construction-related degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
