The Senior Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for...

  • Partnering with clients to define project scope and commissioning requirements
  • Developing commissioning specifications and reviewing system designs and submittals
  • Creating commissioning plans, including functional performance test scripts
  • Leading commissioning meetings and coordinating with project stakeholders
  • Verifying system installation and performance, and tracking issues through resolution
  • Documenting all commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle

The Senior Commissioning Engineer should have the following...

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in commissioning, building design and construction, or facilities management with a focus on HVAC and controls
  • Commissioning certification or ability to obtain within six months
  • Strong understanding of building systems, control theory, and building automation systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and with teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
