The Senior Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for...
- Partnering with clients to define project scope and commissioning requirements
- Developing commissioning specifications and reviewing system designs and submittals
- Creating commissioning plans, including functional performance test scripts
- Leading commissioning meetings and coordinating with project stakeholders
- Verifying system installation and performance, and tracking issues through resolution
- Documenting all commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle
The Senior Commissioning Engineer should have the following...
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in commissioning, building design and construction, or facilities management with a focus on HVAC and controls
- Commissioning certification or ability to obtain within six months
- Strong understanding of building systems, control theory, and building automation systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and with teams
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
