Senior Civil Engineer

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead site development and municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, reports, permitting documents, and cost estimates.
- Perform stormwater, drainage, and civil infrastructure analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- PE license (or ability to obtain in a reasonable time frame).
- 10+ years of experience in site development, land development, or municipal engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D and civil engineering design practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with stormwater modeling, drainage design, and hydraulic/hydrologic analysis.
- Knowledge of municipal infrastructure standards and permitting processes.
- Experience preparing engineering reports, studies, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Familiarity with public-sector projects and coordinating with regulatory agencies.
- Multi-state PE licensure is a plus.
- Strong background working with municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential development clients.
