Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Interpret plans and specifications to guide field execution
- Communicate with project management and jobsite stakeholders
- Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in heavy civil construction
- Background in public works, utilities, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA certification preferred
