A well-established regional general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to help lead their launch into the Jacksonville market.
This is an opportunity to join a growing builder with a strong presence across the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors. Working alongside senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving field operations, coordinating multiple work areas, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-priority projects.
Key responsibilities of the Superintendent include:
- Provide leadership and oversight for designated areas of the project from site mobilization through completion.
- Coordinate and direct Field Engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Maintain project safety, quality, and schedule performance across all assigned scopes.
- Assist with site utilization planning, scheduling, phasing, and constructability reviews.
- Work closely with the scheduling team to develop, maintain, and actively manage the Primavera P6 master schedule.
Key requirements of the Superintendent include:
- Strong commercial construction experience within the Jacksonville market.
- Experience leading ground-up or tenant-improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor management.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software.
