Our client is a leading sustainability consultancy and property developer dedicated to creating better buildings, communities and cities. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Sustainability Consultant to support the delivery of innovative sustainability and ESG outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects.
The Role
This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability, engineering, development and the built environment.
You will collaborate with developers, architects, asset owners, government stakeholders and project teams to drive best-practice sustainability outcomes throughout project lifecycles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver sustainability and ESD advice across building and precinct developments.
- Support Green Star, NABERS and other sustainability rating assessments.
- Assist clients in developing net-zero, decarbonisation and climate resilience strategies.
- Undertake sustainability modelling, assessments and reporting.
- Advise on building performance, energy efficiency, water management and embodied carbon reduction initiatives.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate sustainability into project design and delivery.
- Support ESG-related initiatives and broader sustainability strategies for private and public sector clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership, business development and client engagement activities.
