The Role
* Lead on-site operations across large-scale building envelope restoration projects throughout the Southeast
* Travel regularly to project sites, overseeing execution from preconstruction through closeout
* Take full ownership of complex, high-value restoration projects, ensuring successful delivery
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and field coordination to drive performance
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinate closely with project management, estimating, and senior leadership
* Drive scheduling, sequencing, and problem-solving across complex exterior restoration scopes
* Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple regions
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in building envelope restoration or exterior construction
* Proven experience running large-scale commercial restoration projects as a Superintendent
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Southeast
* Technical expertise across one or more of the following:
- Concrete restoration
- Waterproofing
- Façade repair
- Masonry restoration
- Sealants / coatings
- General building envelope systems
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to step into new project environments quickly and take full control of site operations
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality
Ideal Backgrounds
* Travelling Superintendent within a restoration or specialty contractor delivering large projects
* Superintendent open to increased travel and regional project exposure
* GC Superintendent with strong experience across exterior envelope scopes and complex builds
