🔍 About the Role:
As a Travelling Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primary site contact for clients and project managers.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations for industrial and food & beverage construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction schedules
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch list completion
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve field issues and maintain progress
- Travel to project sites nationwide, with extended stays as needed
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of superintendent experience in industrial or food & beverage construction
- Strong understanding of process piping, MEP systems, and hygienic design standards
- Proven leadership in managing fast-paced, technically complex projects
- OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site for extended durations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
