본 포지션은 단순 운영 역할이 아닌, 신규 사업기회 및 부지 발굴부터 토지 확보, 인허가, 계통연계, 사업성 검토 및 사업화까지 태양광 프로젝트 전반에 직접 참여하며 높은 Ownership을 가질 수 있는 기회입니다.
후보자의 경력과 프로젝트 경험에 따라 Junior Developer부터 Development Manager, Senior Manager, Director 및 Head급까지 폭넓게 검토할 예정입니다.
주요 업무
* 신규 태양광 사업기회 및 사업지 발굴
* 토지 소유주 접촉, 토지 확보 및 계약 협의
* 프로젝트 사업성 검토 및 개발 가능성 분석
* 발전사업허가 및 개발행위허가 등 주요 인허가 수행
* 한전 계통연계 및 Grid Feasibility 검토
* 토지 용도 변경 및 토지 관련 인허가 업무
* 지자체, 유관기관, 토지주 및 지역 이해관계자 협의
* 주민수용성 확보 및 지역사회 관계관리
* 프로젝트 일정, 예산 및 개발 리스크 관리
* 외부 개발사, EPC, 투자자 및 자문사 Coordination
* Co-development 및 개발자산 인수 검토
* RE100 및 Corporate PPA 사업 지원
* 프로젝트 RTB 및 사업화 추진
* Senior급의 경우 개발전략 수립, 파이프라인 관리 및 팀 리딩
자격요건
* 태양광 또는 재생에너지 사업개발 관련 경험 보유자
* 신입 또는 주니어부터 Senior Manager, Director 및 Head급까지 지원 가능
* 신규 사업지 발굴, 토지 확보, 인허가 또는 계통연계 경험 우대
* 프로젝트 사업성 및 개발 가능성 검토 경험
* 지자체, 유관기관, 토지주 및 지역 이해관계자 대응 경험
* 원활한 대내외 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 역량
* 한국어 필수
* 업무상 활용 가능한 영어 역량 우대
* 정해진 업무만 수행하기보다 직접 기회를 발굴하고 주도적으로 추진할 수 있는 분
