Foreman - (Piping/Plumbing/Sheet Metal/HVAC)
We are seeking experienced foremans experienced in either HVAC, piping, plumbing or sheet metal to join a reputable mechanical contractor working on projects ranging from $10MM - $150MM.
One of the most reputable mechanical subcontractors in the country-currently supporting over 80% of all data centers across Texas-is expanding its field team in Dallas / Austin. We're seeking a highly experienced superintendent to oversee complex $20M+ projects, with a strong emphasis on hospitals, medical facilities, and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities
- This role is ideal for a highly skilled field leader who thrives in hands-on work, enjoys variety in project scope, and takes pride in mentoring apprentices while delivering high-quality installations
- Projects include data centers, hospitals, medical centers and commercial
- Perform advanced mechanical and HVAC piping installations across commercial and industrial projects
- Lead and mentor apprentices while maintaining productivity, safety, and workmanship standards
- Execute welding, fabrication, and piping installations to specification and code
- Interpret mechanical drawings and basic prints
- Coordinate daily work activities and sequencing in the field
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery required for mechanical installations
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, and other trades
- Maintain job-site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
