Are you a Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex, mission-critical projects? We're partnering with a well-established, employee-focused general contractor to support the growth of their data center division across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
This is a high-impact opportunity to lead hyperscale data center builds from preconstruction through delivery, working with some of the biggest end-users in the industry.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale data center projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading full project lifecycle delivery (precon → closeout)
- Managing client relationships with hyperscale and colocation clients
- Overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and design partners
- Driving safety, quality, and operational excellence across site operations

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Track record of delivering complex projects ($50M+ preferred)
