Position
The East Regional Manager will work directly with senior operations leadership and be responsible for executing lean strategies, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing business processes across multiple locations. This role involves coaching local teams, facilitating cross‑site collaboration, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Lead the development and deployment of lean strategies region‑wide, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Execute strategic initiatives related to the implementation of lean systems in a fast‑paced environment.
- Partner with operations leadership to execute strategies that meet current and future business needs.
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the East region.
- Build and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement across regional teams and functions.
- Ensure lean principles are embedded across the organization to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee field operations across multiple entities, ensuring a high‑performing workforce.
- Plan, facilitate, and lead kaizen events directly or indirectly.
- Improve operational efficiency, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Prioritize a world‑class customer experience.
Drive Performance Metrics
- Define and monitor KPIs to reflect key priorities and promote continuous improvement.
- Use data‑driven insights to track progress, identify opportunities, and report impact to senior leadership.
- Hold teams accountable for achieving goals and targets across the East region.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong leadership experience with cross‑functional team management.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency in Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

- Proven ability to drive organizational change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
