What You'll Do
- Lead safety orientations, training sessions, and jobsite safety meetings
- Conduct field audits, inspections, and safety observations
- Support incident investigations and corrective action initiatives
- Coach supervisors and craft personnel on safe work practices
- Monitor compliance, safety metrics, and reporting requirements
- Help drive a proactive safety culture focused on continuous improvement
- Partner with project leadership to integrate safety into every phase of project execution
What We're Looking For
✔ 2-5 years of construction safety experience
✔ Experience supporting industrial, utility, electrical, or heavy construction environments
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to work effectively with union craft personnel
✔ Bachelor's degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred
✔ Willingness to travel throughout Northern Indiana
