Senior Project Manager
A well-established general contractor with a growing industrial portfolio across the Southeast is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up and expansion projects. You'll own projects from preconstruction through closeout and be the main point of contact for owners, design teams, and trade partners.
The business has a strong backlog, repeat clients, and a clear path into leadership for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically $50M+
- Owning budgets, schedules, buyout, change management, and monthly reporting
- Building strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams
- Working closely with Superintendents on safety, quality, and schedule
- Managing heavy MEP and process scopes, including utilities, power, and equipment installation
- Supporting preconstruction, estimating, and business development
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in commercial or industrial construction, with at least 3 years as a Senior PM or PM on large projects
- A track record of delivering manufacturing, distribution, or process facilities
- Strong commercial skills across contracts, cost control, and risk management
- Experience coordinating complex MEP and heavy civil or structural scopes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel across the Southeast
