Location: Nationwide (USA) - Up to 75% Travel / 25% Remote

Position Overview
We're on the lookout for a results-driven Project Manager to spearhead high-impact building automation projects across mission-critical data centers throughout the U.S. If you're comfortable on the move and thrive on-site with boots on the ground, this role offers the chance to shape infrastructure that powers the digital world.
What You'll Do
Lead building automation projects from initiation through commissioning
Manage site activities across multiple states, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and tech partners
Oversee systems integration-HVAC, energy efficiency, BMS, SCADA, PLC
Ensure compliance with safety, budget, and performance KPIs
Communicate with stakeholders and clients to keep projects on track and expectations aligned
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing building automation projects in data center environments
Deep understanding of control systems (e.g. BMS, SCADA, PLC), and automation best practices
Strong field presence and ability to manage multiple active sites with frequent travel
Exceptional planning, multitasking, and client-facing communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field
Role Logistics
75% travel to data center sites nationwide (flights, hotels, per diem covered)
25% remote work for planning, reporting, and coordination
Salary up to $140K + bonus potential
