Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of acquisition and partnership opportunities. This role is critical to driving inorganic growth and expanding our investment platform across real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A processes including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, IT, engineering) to assess risks and ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, brokers, and investment banks, particularly those specializing in data center and infrastructure transactions.
- Develop and present investment memos and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the investment committee.
- Monitor market trends and identify strategic opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Support post-acquisition integration planning and execution to ensure value realization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Demonstrated success in executing complex transactions, ideally in real estate, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
