About the Client

Our client is a Phoenix-based architecture firm known for delivering high-quality design solutions across commercial, office, retail, and multifamily sectors. They are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Job Captain to support project execution and documentation, with a strong command of Revit and a collaborative mindset.


Position Overview

The Job Captain will be responsible for producing and coordinating detailed construction documents, supporting project architects and designers, and ensuring technical accuracy throughout the design and documentation process. This role is ideal for candidates who are highly proficient in Revit and have experience working on complex architectural projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed construction documentation using Revit.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and design intent.
  • Assist in code research, permitting, and compliance documentation.
  • Support project architects in managing schedules, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Participate in design development and contribute to technical detailing.
  • Conduct clash detection and model coordination in Revit.
  • Mentor junior staff on Revit standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in architectural production and documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Experience in commercial, office, retail, and multifamily projects.
  • Familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensure is not required for this role.
