- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing, or engineering technology.
- Strong grasp of project management principles (PMP certification preferred).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- 2+ years of people management experience, including performance evaluations.
