Combining elements of solar development, EPC delivery, and project financing, the business provides customers with innovative onsite energy solutions including solar, battery energy storage, and behind-the-meter energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies across Western Australia
  • Identify and secure new commercial opportunities within energy-intensive industries
  • Engage directly with C&I customers to understand their energy usage, challenges, and sustainability objectives
  • Build strong relationships with EPCs, solar installers, consultants, and industry partners
  • Develop tailored onsite renewable energy solutions including solar and BESS offerings
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract execution
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and project delivery teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales within renewable energy, solar, BESS, energy solutions, or related industries
  • Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated track record of winning new business
  • Existing network across Western Australia highly desirable
  • Experience selling to commercial and industrial customers
  • Ability to engage directly with business owners, operational stakeholders, and executive decision-makers
  • Experience developing customer-led energy solutions based on site energy loads and operational requirements
  • Knowledge of both on-grid and off-grid renewable energy solutions would be highly advantageous
  • Previous experience within a solar EPC, solar installer, renewable energy developer, or energy solutions provider is highly regarded
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously in a fully remote environment
