Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and construction management.
- Former TxDOT Area Engineer or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven track record of winning and managing large TxDOT CEI projects as a Project Manager or Resident Engineer.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Must be based in Austin or San Antonio.
